We source from the four Mexican states with the longest-running specialty coffee tradition. Each has a distinct profile — pick the one that fits your blend or single-origin program.
Veracruz
900-1,500 MASL. Surprising brightness for the altitude, occasional floral notes, balanced body. Strong for blends needing lift.
Oaxaca
Round body, complex middle, floral and chocolate overtones with a nutty finish. Smaller volumes, single-estate lots available.
Puebla
Emerging origin in our network. Higher acidity, sweet caramelized finish. Limited availability, allocated to long-term contracts first.

Standard 20-ft container with GrainPro liners. Single-origin or pre-blended to your spec.

Partial-container on contract
For smaller roasters: 5-10 MT lots on annual contract, consolidated with other partner shipments. Lower per-pound landed cost than spot.

USDA Organic, Fair Trade USA, Rainforest Alliance. Certificate of analysis, phytosanitary, ICO marks, full traceability docs ship with every container.

What's the minimum order for green coffee?
1 container (~18 MT) for spot. 5 MT minimum on annual contract with consolidation.
Do you offer single-origin lots?
Yes. All four origins (Chiapas, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Puebla) are available as single-origin or single-estate where allocation permits.
Can you compete with importers like Royal Coffee or Cafe Imports on Mexican green coffee beans?
On Mexican origin specifically, yes — we're the producer, not the broker. Typical 10-15% landed cost advantage. On other origins (Ethiopian, Colombian, etc.) you should keep your importer.
How fresh is your green coffee?
Current crop year by default. We don't ship past-crop lots without disclosing it. New crop arrival timing varies by region — ask for the calendar.
What's the lead time from sample approval to container shipment?
3-5 weeks for spot. Contract shipments scheduled per your release schedule.
