Coffee wholesale distributors
You move pallets weekly. You need consistent cup profile, on-time delivery, and a vendor that returns calls. We're built for the program model — not one-off orders.
We're a wholesale coffee supplier that owns the entire chain — green coffee, roasting, and packaging. One PO replaces three: importer, roaster, and co-packer. Built for coffee wholesale distributors who can't afford a stockout or a paperwork problem at customs.
Importer buys at origin. Domestic roaster buys from importer. Co-packer puts it in your bag. Each hand adds 8-15% and erases one layer of traceability. We're the manufacturer at origin — the chain starts with us. More on cutting those markups in our green coffee wholesale guide.

Private label SKUs for grocery chains and specialty retailers. FDA-compliant labeling, nutritional panel, organic and Fair Trade documentation ready for category buyers.
Hotel groups, restaurant chains, office coffee programs. Whole bean and pre-portion packs at scale. White label house blends or your private label SKU.
You roast or you brand — we supply bulk green coffee or finished private label. See bulk green coffee beans and private label.
Most wholesale coffee suppliers price like a retail catalog. We don't. We quote against volume, format, and contract term — because that's how you actually buy.
Pricing breaks at 1 MT, 5 MT, 20 MT, and container (~18 MT) per month. Larger contracts unlock better green coffee allocation and tighter spec adherence.
12-month contracts lock price against C-market fluctuation (within a band). For distributors, this is the difference between predictable margin and quarter-to-quarter surprise.
Quoted prices are DDP your warehouse. No customs broker. No duty surprise. You compare a number to a number.
1 MT per SKU per production run for finished goods. Bulk green coffee starts at 1 container (~18 MT) for spot, less on contract.
Yes. About half our US volume goes to distributors who supply grocery, foodservice, and specialty retail. We're not a competitor to distributors — we're upstream supply.
Those are importers. We're a manufacturer at origin. For green coffee, we're typically 10-15% below import-then-distribute pricing because there's one less hand. For finished goods, we replace a 3-vendor chain with one PO.
Contracts include volume flex bands (±20% standard). Beyond that, we re-spec. Our production capacity is sized for distributor growth, not held flat.
