Private label vs white label

Two ways to launch — pick the one that fits your timeline

Most US private label coffee suppliers force you into one model. We run both, side by side, in the same plant.

01

Private label — your spec

You bring the cup profile (or we develop one with you), the roast curve, the packaging, the certifications you need. We build it. Best fit when you want a coffee no one else has.

02

White label — proven blends

Pick from our cupping-validated house blends, change the bag, ship. Best fit when speed-to-shelf matters more than a custom profile. First production in 4-6 weeks.

03

Hybrid path

Launch with a white label SKU while we develop your private label profile in parallel. Replace the SKU at the next production run. Most common path for new brands and coffee wholesale distributors testing a category.

Why source at origin

What a private label coffee manufacturer at origin gives you that a supplier can't

Most private label coffee suppliers buy green from importers who buy from co-ops. We removed both layers — and the margin and opacity that come with them.

Traceability to the farm — not to the invoice

Our green coffee comes from Finca CABIA (Centro Agronómico de Biotecnología Aplicada, Puebla) and from 75 integrated producer families across Chiapas, Veracruz, Oaxaca, and Puebla. Every lot ships with a COA signed by our lab: farm name, harvest date, moisture content, Agtron reading, and SCA cupping score. When your institutional buyer asks for provenance documentation, you have an actual farm name — not "Mexico blend."

Replicable genetics, not seasonal availability

We propagate elite Arabica varieties through in vitro plant reproduction. The offspring carries the same sensory genetics as the mother plant — same cup profile, lot after lot, without the genetic lottery of seed propagation. Your customer who buys bag #50,000 gets the same coffee as bag #1. That's what "private label coffee no minimum to reorder" actually requires: a supplier whose product doesn't change between runs.

FSSC 22000 + FSMA documentation ships with every lot

Our plant operates under FSSC 22000 certification, which satisfies FDA FSMA HARPC requirements by recognized equivalence. Every shipment includes the compliance documentation your US importer of record or institutional buyer will eventually require. You're not hoping your white label coffee supplier has a food safety plan — you receive the certificate and the lot-specific COA with every order, automatically.

Lead time: 6-10 weeks. 12-month continuous inventory.

White label with our existing blends: 4-6 weeks to your warehouse. Private label with custom profile development: 8-10 weeks. We run a rotative inventory system from our Guadalajara plant — 12 months of availability, 24 hours a day, no seasonal gaps. DDP delivery to any US warehouse included: customs cleared, duties paid, pallet on your dock.

FAQ — Private Label Coffee

What's your minimum order quantity?

1 MT (about 2,200 lb) per SKU for whole bean and ground. 50,000 units for capsules. We run pilot lots below MOQ for qualified brands at a per-unit premium — ask us.

What's the difference between private label and white label coffee?

Private label = we manufacture against your custom spec. White label = you brand one of our existing cupping-validated blends. White label ships faster (4-6 weeks); private label takes 8-10 weeks but gives you a coffee no competitor has.

Do you have organic certification?

Yes. We run organic-certified lots from supported farms. We also handle Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance, and Kosher on request. All certifications ship with the lot documentation.

Can you handle DDP shipping into the US?

Yes. We ship DDP — customs cleared, duties paid — to your warehouse anywhere in the continental US. You receive a usable pallet, not a customs broker phone call.

How is this different from US private label coffee suppliers like Joe's Garage or Intelligent Blends?

They buy green coffee from importers, who buy from co-ops. We grow it. Every layer you remove between farm and bag is margin you keep and traceability you can prove to your buyer.
